Returns are accepted ONLY in the following cases:

- 🔁 Wrong product delivered

- Ordered by mistake
📸 2. Proof Required (Mandatory)
To request a return, customer must send:
- 🎥 Unboxing video (mandatory)
- 📸 Clear product images

- Product must be unused & in original packaging
- Any used/damaged product by customer will be rejected ❌
💰 4. Refund Policy
💳 Prepaid Orders:
- Refund will be sent to original payment method
- Processed within 5–7 business days ⏳
💵 COD Orders:
- Refund via UPI / Bank Transfer 🏦
- Customer must provide correct details
- Processed within 5–7 business days after approval
🚫 5. No Return / No Refund Cases
- “I don’t like the product” ❌
- Minor color or design variation 🎨
- Delay in delivery 🚚
- Incorrect expectations

- Product color & material may slightly vary due to lighting and screen differences
- This will NOT be considered a defect

- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
