🎥 Unboxing Video Is Required

For any return or refund claim, a clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory. 📹

Please record the video while opening the parcel, starting from the sealed package and showing the product, packaging, and any damage/wrong item clearly.

👉 Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

🎨 Product Size, Shape & Colour

Please note that minor differences in colour, size, shape, texture, or appearance may occur due to:

• 📱 Different screen/display settings

• 💡 Lighting and photography conditions

• 📏 Manufacturing or measurement variations

• 🏭 Minor differences between production batches

Such minor variations are not considered a valid reason for return or refund if the product is otherwise correct and functional.

💰 Refund

Once your return request is approved and the returned product is received and inspected, the eligible refund will be processed according to the applicable payment method and order conditions.
